We majorly use the personal information to contact you in case of any modifications made to the service we were providing or other Indoswift business-related needs. Beyond this, we DO NOT sell or transfer your personal information to any third-party business. And we do not store, sell, share or rent any debit or credit card details provided by you to Indoswift via our website or mobile app.

 

Security and privacy of your files provided

We take utmost care in ensuring the security of the audio or video files provided by clients for transcription, translation, subtitling or others. All files coming from you are encrypted at rest and transit. We also back up our data regularly to prevent file corruption or loss. And you have the authority to request us to delete our copy of your files from our system after the project is completed.

Additionally, we meticulously select our employees to work for Indoswift who exactly understand the industry’s privacy standards. Our staff members sign an NDA to make sure that your file’s privacy is upheld at all moments.

 

Information transfer within Indoswift teams

Indoswift is a highly collaborative company that enables us to deliver results with utmost efficiency. To facilitate this, we may share and transfer your information or files among our internal teams through secured channels. However, complete access is frequently limited and team members only see that portion of the information as required by their jobs.

 

Marketing

Indoswift may take photos or footage of internal events for marketing purposes. However, at no point, will your information or files appear on any photo or video uploaded online by Indoswift’s marketing team.

Indoswift reserves the right to update or change the above Privacy Policy, as and when it deems fit, to adapt to the changing business and market needs. Indoswift is not liable to inform its clients about the change in Privacy Policy before it has been made. Following the change, Indoswift will inform the same through appropriate communication channels.
